Journalist Awards We are delighted to inform you that in memory of the martyrs of the Independence War of 1857, the Shahid Bishan Singh Journalist Awards were constituted in 2016. In this Awards ceremony, more than a dozen best of the best Journalists were awarded; some of them had given cash prizes with covetous trophies and certificates.

Developer Consultants League (DCL) ) is an initiative conceptualised by Observer Dawn, a popular business magazine published from Delhi. It essentially envisages the process of selecting the Best Developers (BDs) with non-competing product set, operating in the Delhi-NCR area and then developing a Network of 50 Real Estate Brokers/Consultants (RCs) in the Tier II-Tier III cities across India in a phased and systematic manner to sell the properties of the BDs in their local areas. We have organised DCL in many cities like Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur Allahabad, Patna and Ranchi and other cities. Last year we organised in Dubai and Bahrain also.
Indian Realty Carnival (IRC) ) is a 2-day Property Expo. It is organised in cities like The Taj Vivanta Hotel Lucknow, Great India Place Noida, Radisson Blu Ghaziabad and other major real estate development hubs in the heart of India.
